Effective Date: March 8, 2019

We at Loop Media, Inc. (“Loop Media,” “we,” “us,” and/or “our”), have created this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) because we want you to know how information you provide to us is used and shared. This Privacy Policy relates to the information and use practices of Loop Media in connection our website www.loop.tv (the “Website”) and our mobile application (the “App” and, together with the Website, the “Site”).

By accessing our Site, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

WHAT WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

In the course of operating the Site, and/or interacting with you, we will collect and use the following types of information. You authorize us to collect and use such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Contact Information

When you contact us through the “Get In Touch” link, sign up for our newsletters, connect with us through LinkedIn or a social media page, or subscribe to our services, you will be asked to provide certain information which may include typical business contact information such as your name, business name and address, company role, email, and phone number.

When you elect to interact with Loop Media through a link or advertisement that appears on a social media network, such as LinkedIn, business contact information from your social media profile, such as name, phone number, email address, company, and title, may auto-populate on a lead generation form provided by us or such social media network. If you connect with us in this manner, you are authorizing Loop Media to collect, store, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, all information that you agreed that such social media platform could provide to us through such form and their application programming interface. All contact information we collect under this section is collectively called “Contact Information.”

Typically, we do not collect Contact Information from you unless you provide us with the Contact Information voluntarily either directly or through a third party (for example, by subscribing to our services, sending us an email directly, signing up for our newsletter, or interacting with us through our Site or social media). While we shall use your information pursuant to this Privacy Policy, the use of social media networks (e.g., when you submit information through one of our advertisements that appears on a social media page) is also subject to such social media networks’ own terms of use and privacy policies. The Contact Information is used to provide the requested service or information and to contact you for purposes of direct marketing of our current and future services.

Other Information

In addition to the Contact Information, we may collect additional information (collectively, “Other Information”). Such Other Information may include:

  1. Usage Information. In an ongoing effort to improve the Site, we automatically collect certain information regarding the activity of visitors to our Site. This information includes the device from which you access the Site, your IP addresses, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Site you visit, and similar information concerning your use of the Site.
  2. From Cookies. We, and/or third-party service providers, collect information using “cookie” technology. Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer’s or mobile device’s hard drive so that your computer will “remember” information about your visit to our Site. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to help us collect information and to enhance your experience using the Site. If you do not want us to place a cookie on your hard drive, you may be able to turn that feature off on your computer or mobile device. Please consult your Internet browser’s documentation for information on how to do this and how to delete persistent cookies. However, if you decide not to accept cookies from us, the Site may not function properly.
  3. Mobile SDKs. The App, like many mobile applications, uses software development kits (“SDKs”), including those from third-parties, to track analytics (e.g., analyzing App usage and user event data) in order to optimize and personalize the App experience. The App may also use geolocation services, either provided by the operating system’s location services or an SDK, to enable certain features, such as finding venues closest to your device or for additional analytics information.
  4. Third-Party Analytics. We may use one or more third-party analytics services to evaluate your use of the Site, compile reports on activity, collect demographic data, analyze performance metrics, and collect and evaluate other information relating to the Site. These third parties use cookies and/or other technologies (including SDKs) to help analyze and provide us the data. By accessing and using the Site, you consent to the processing of data about you by these analytics providers in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Please be advised that if you opt out of any service, you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Site.

Below is a list of analytics providers that we use; however, such list may be subject to change based on how we wish to understand the user experience. You may use the accompanying links to learn more about such providers and, if available, how to opt-out from their analytics collection:

INFORMATION COLLECTED BY OR THROUGH THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISERS

You authorize us to share Other Information about you with third parties, including, but not limited to, advertising and remarketing providers, or other brand partners, for purposes of personalizing or otherwise understanding how you engage with ads or other content. These third parties may use cookies, pixel tags (also called web beacons or clear gifs), or other technologies to collect Other Information in furtherance of such purposes, including to tailor, target (i.e., behavioral, contextual, retargeting, and remarketing), analyze, report on, and/or manage advertising campaigns or other initiatives. For example, when a browser visits a site, pixel tags enable such third-parties to recognize certain cookies stored within the browser to learn which ads or other content bring a user to a given site. In addition, we may collect Other Information from these third parties, including through their service providers, such as advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and post-conversion data and Contact Information, and/or similar information collected through other digital properties.
